The Controller may conduct a recruitment process as a result of which your employment or cooperation will take place within the structure of the Controller's client. However, until the recruitment process is completed and recommendations are forwarded to the Controller's client, your data will be processed only within the Controller's structure and will not be forwarded to the Controller's client. If the Controller decides to transmit your application documentation containing your personal data to the Controller's client, you will be informed of this in advance in order to allow you to consent to such action, as well as you will be provided with all necessary information on the processing of your personal data by the Controller's client in accordance with applicable laws, in particular as set forth in Article 14 of the GDPR.
