Requesting Your ACC Transcripts

As a current or former ACC student, you can request your official ACC transcript free of charge. In order to receive your transcript you must:

• Submit your request online, in person, or by mail (allow up to two weeks if ordering by mail).
• Include your Social Security number.
• Have no obligations to the college that bar transcript requests.

Authorizing Others to Receive Transcripts

Requests by persons other than the student will not be honored without proof of authorization due to FERPA restrictions. If someone other than you picks up your transcript, they will need a Student Proxy authorization with your signature, Transcript release form (available on campus), clear copy of your official photo ID or driver’s license, and their own official photo ID or driver’s license.

Continuing Education Transcripts

Continuing Education students may obtain their transcript and duplicate certificate from the Continuing Education Division, Highland Business Center, 5930 Middle Fiskville Road, Austin, Texas 78752.

  About The Catalog

  This catalog is in effect for new students entering ACC in the 2018-2019 academic year and for any ACC student returning in the 2018-2019 academic year whose catalog has expired. It was prepared from existing policies and information obtained from the appropriate ACC officials. The catalog is informational in purpose and does not constitute a contract between ACC and any person or entity.

  You may follow the degree plan requirements described in the catalog in effect at the time you first enrolled at ACC. Or, you may choose to follow the degree plan requirements of a later catalog in effect during your enrollment, as long as the program of study is still offered, the catalog is not more than 5 years old, and you have officially declared the corresponding major.

  ACC reserves the right to make changes in the regulations and offerings announced in this catalog as circumstances require. Each semester the college posts an online schedule listing courses to be offered. Not all courses listed in this catalog are offered each semester. This information is made available to students as early as possible prior to the beginning of each semester.
