BSNL customers may create an account in BSNL Payment Portal ( https://portal.bsnl.in or https://portal2.bsnl.in) to view, download and pay their BSNL bills online. Customers may also use social media accounts viz – Google or Facebook or Microsoft or LinkedIn account to log into BSNL Payment Portal.

To add your BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) account, you just need to enter your BSNL FTTH number without zero under ‘Landline’ tab as shown in the above picture. Eg:- If your number is 0484-2345678, you need to enter Phone No as 4842345678 only. You can add your postpaid accounts by clicking on ‘Manage Accounts’ tab also.

Customers will be redirected to various payment options and can make payment by just clicking on the bill amount shown under ‘MY BILLS’ tab.

To view and download bill of a particular number, just click on that number and a new tab will be opened which will display online preview of your latest BSNL Bill.

To download bill, just click on ‘Download PDF’ link given at the top right corner of the Online Bill View page as shown in the above picture.

Then a page will open with customer account number, billing account and outstanding amount. This page will also display all previous invoices (maximum up to 6 previous invoices). i have taken fiber net bsnl follow your above steps unable to do so. Not even November month also. You Charges so high but assistance given to customer is so cheap, You ppl must feel shame to be indian as you ppl make goverment system such non sense. You ppl want salary without doing any work.
