Complete Driving Record A full record of a record holder as it pertains to his or her driving history. Content may vary depending on your legal access level. Content may vary depending on your legal access level. 36-Month Record The public portion of a record holder’s driving record which includes only record entries from the 36-month period immediately preceding the current date (i.e. the print date). PBJ (Also referred to as Probation Before Judgment) A segregated record of traffic violations for which the court has granted probation before judgment for a specified period of time, unless other traffic violations occur; if other traffic violations occur the courts may revoke that probation and enter a conviction on the original charge. Administrative Per Se (APS) Record A segregated record of a record holder’s first offense of driving with an alcohol concentration of .08 or more under § 16-205.1 that is available only to certain users.
